Burundi

The objective of Ethical Humanitarian Action is to allow children from the Pygmy community of Mont Teza to access educational conditions that comply with children's rights (access to water, toilets, electricity, building protected from severe weather).

Our actions

Since our first mission in May, the roof of the school for the Pygmy community has been completed.

The awareness campaign on the urgency of this project carried out by our founder Ms. Fanny Abadi has borne fruit.

Touched by the humanitarian distress of these children, a local patron financed the work carried out in record time!

The children are now protected from bad weather, but there is still a lot to do: access to water, toilets, build an extension (because a 40m2 classroom is not suitable for accommodating 145 students).

For the months to come, many tasks await us:

  • The construction of a first classroom and toilets

  • A campaign to collect school supplies to equip future students

  • Contribute to the financing and recruitment of a teacher to support the students.

We're counting on your support !
